A poster project that would utilize 10 specific Photoshop and Illustrator techniques learned in term 3 . The project challenge  was to assign a fellow classmate a project that would be needed by a real client. My partner asked me to create a poster to promote the “Unreal” surreal exhibit at the local art gallery.  After playing around with a few ideas I decided to keep the poster more vector based and easy to read based on the format. I chose colors that were bright and effective, created a silhouette of the gallery, turned it upside down and created puppet like 3D lettering hanging from the gallery. I chose to play on the idea that surrealism turns perceptions or ideas of art upside down.
